North Coast Healing is a health and wellness centre located in Derry.  We are dedicated to holistic healing methods.  We use heat, salt & magnets to rebalance the body naturally & optimize the metabolism in order to promote the body's own healing process.  These three healing methods can relieve many ailments ranging from joint & muscle pain to auto-immune disease and chronic illnesses such as Crohn's disease, Lyme disease and Chronic Obstructive  Pulmonary disease (COPD).

Infrared Sauna Therapy for Treatment


By engaging the near-, mid-, and far-infrared light spectrum in a sauna treatment, this therapy penetrates through the skin, deep into the tissues, muscles, and joints of the body to simultaneously stimulate the healing process of detoxification of toxic matter from the body and also stimulation of the body’s metabolism. The infrared aspect allows you to experience this relaxation from the inside out, unlike traditional saunas.

Salt Therapy
for Respiratory Health


A Salt Therapy session, also known as halotherapy, ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour.  The room is a lovely sensory experience with a salt floor.  Heated loungers are available for you to sit back and relax whilst pharmaceutical grade salt is dispersed through the air. This salt is inhaled directly into the respiratory system.  It is a relaxing experience for both adults and children.

Biomagnetic Treatment for Immune Support


Biomagnetic Therapy works towards the rehabilitation of dis-ease and imbalance in the body through the application of static magnetic fields. In a 90-minute session, the therapist focuses on identifying areas of imbalance in the client’s body and neutralising these imbalances through the correct placement of paired magnets to positively influence the body's biochemistry.
